[Resolved] Airtel — Weekly recurring broadband problem | |||||
The indicator for internet on the modem goes red meaning no net connection. This has become a recurring problem. We lodge a complaint on cust care and the issue in fixed in 24 hrs but within next 4-5 days the same prob is back. This has been happening every week since December and we are tired of the drill. We want to do away with this conx but the cust care guys wont give us the procedure! This is a problem that the "engineers" from airtel have not been able to permanently fix since last 3 months. I think i have had enough eith this co and last night we have again registered a complaint for the same issue, complaint# 65153990 Was this information helpful? | |||||
