Airtel — what mobile service started on my number without my consent | |||
Dear sir, Today on 13 dec 2017, at 11:42 am, i received a message on my prepaid mobile no. [protected] stating "whatsmob service has been renewed on your airtel [protected]@rs150 for 30 days. To deactivate call or sms stop to 155223". This money has been deducted last month also and even this month without my consent, thus i kindly request you to refund my money and stop this service without further delay. I also want to know, how and why you have started such service, which is totally unknown to me? Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 07, 2017 rajendra jhaliwal's response Sir/ Madam, I am to say that undue deduction of Rs. 40 has been done from my prepaid mobile sim no. [protected] on 05.12.2017 to 06.12.2017. Kindly refund and deposit my deducted amount in my Mobile no.

There are huge set of wires placed over the building which are found to be obstruction for construction
