Airtel — whatsmob balance reduction and didn't get money after deactivating | |||||
I woke up and as any person would do checked my phone. I found that i activated whatsmob service clearly not known by me. Just to be sure i checked the time i received that message it was 3:30 am. There is no chance of me activating that service. As soon as this happened i deactivated and got deactivating message immediately but didn't receive my money back. I called the toll free number and airtel app but couldn't find any option to help me. Why is that you can send a confirming message immediately but fail to send money back? This happened to me many times but most of the time i got my money back unlike this time. I think i can observe the pattern and happens when i have relatively more balance like 1000/- or 500/-. I don't think that a big company like airtel should resort to such cheap tricks. Was this information helpful? | |||||
