[Resolved] Airtel — wifi charges | |||
Hi, I have been requesting itemised bill for my wifi usage i have written 8 mails to customer care - '[protected]@in.airtel.com' and Nodal officer 'nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com', and ombudsman - '[protected]@airtel.in', along with multiple calls. I have got verbal confirmation that the same would be sent but haven't got any statement. I have been told to login and check for my self, and have tried that too, to no avail. I have a strong feeling that I have been charged extra and therefore, there is a strong resistance to provide the details. account no - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel has replied but it is thoroughly inadequate.
it states that it can not share date wise website wise data with the customer. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Idid not opt for inter net connection.But Airtel is deducting wifi charges inspite of my disabling their offer.
