[Resolved] Airtel — Wifi complaint

I gave a request for change of address for Wi-Fi in 1st week of Feb. I came to know later from customer care team leader that the request was not processed as there is no network feasibility in the new area where we shifted. I shouted at team leader as the same was not informed to the customer. She apologized and taken request to cancel the Wi-Fi service. Later I got a new bill to the new address. I don't know what's happening with Airtel service.

Updated by Subhashreeshetty sent mail to airtelpresence complaint mail I'd on 3rd April. So far no reply received. Worst service ever had. Pls resolve this complaint at the earliest
