[Resolved] Airtel — Wifi complaint | |||||
I gave a request for change of address for Wi-Fi in 1st week of Feb. I came to know later from customer care team leader that the request was not processed as there is no network feasibility in the new area where we shifted. I shouted at team leader as the same was not informed to the customer. She apologized and taken request to cancel the Wi-Fi service. Later I got a new bill to the new address.
