[Resolved]  Airtel — Wifi connection and misbehaviour of customer care executive

This is the 4th time in 30 days that my wifi connection is not working for no fault of mine. But I have to wait for 4-5 days to have my concern addressed .I dont know why airtel calls us platinum customers when the least a platinum customer should do is get a 24 hours service. I get excuses like maam our engineer is not picking the phone. and the best is when they give false promise everyday by giving you a time to which they never meet.
Why would someone buy a product from a mall which is expensive doesnt work and the best part is when you take it to the shopkeeper he speaks so rudely and it makes you wonder whether offering his services to you is a form of charity.
As my internet was not working for the 4th time I made a call today that is 30th may 2016 and 6:20 am . And my anger was justified I do not get up every morning to please the customer care executives by requesting them to find time from their busy schedules and be of any assistance to me. I spoke to a particulare executive his name was L akhtar. He definitiely seems to have skipped the customer training program or if he didnt than as a psychologist myself I want to further study the kind of horrid training provided by the airtel team to its staff. He shouted back at me and instead of waiting for me to vent out my anger he said if I shout he will not resolve my issue and instigated me to go ahead and do whatever I want.Later when I asked I want to talk to your supervisor he said no supervisor is availble to you and I will not connect your call. I was appalled of how Mr. akhtar thinks professing his big ego is more important than his job. it felt like Mr. Akhtar has been paying my bills every month that he used the tactic of power play and asked me to go ahead. It was saddening too for a big company like airtel to have such poor employees who at the end of the day send across the message we are too big to sweat over one customer and so go to hell with your money. Because we are too big. I am planning to take this to all social media platforms because I went through no one should.Following that call I made another call and the executive said let me connect you to our supervisor ( wow all of a sudden now a supervisor was availavle) they kept me on hold for 30 mins and after that cut the call.

I have had no reply or call or apology from airtel. And I am disgusted with the way I was treated over this course of one month and especially the ego and power showcased by Mr akhtar makes me wonder how he got through an interview because his soft skills have gone to the dogs.
