Airtel — Wifi disconnection and threatning by agents

I had taken a wifi connection in March 2022. Now after two years, I have shifted and wanted to drop my wifi connection. I have called Airtel multiple times, but they have not canceled my connection and keep on sending me bills. Their recovery agents are very rude to us and despite numerous requests, they have recovered money from me by threatening me. I paid the bill of 1767, and they had committed to square up my connection, but the bills are still being generated and wifi has not been stopped. I have left my place in Mumbai and have shifted. Airtel recovery agents are goons who keep on threatening us. I need compensation for mental harassment.
