Hi team,
I purchased a 4g hotspot device ([protected]) and it was delivered yesterday (02/06/2018). Airtel representative manoj ([protected]) delivered and confirmed that it will be working by the same evening but it is not working yet. We have paid inr 4245 and he said that bill will be delivered by email, which we did not received yet. We are trying to reach same representative but he is not receiving calls and not responding to messages. We tried to reach customer care through 121 and 198, but everyone is saying that this is not our department and most funniest thing is they provided one number which is personal number for one of airtel customer.
Very pathetic service from airtel. We feel like being cheated and looted.
Please refund my money.in future i dont want to use any airtel products or services and will suggest to each of my friends.

So in a way it would mean that I forgot amount of INR 4245 and take new SIM from them, so very unprofessional .
They are not ready to register the complaint too and saying that you bought it online from Airtel site so ask them only for help .
Actually none of Airtel employees are ready for help, they just want to complete target of fooling the customers .
