Airtel — Wifi not working since last 7 days and no action after complaint many time

Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that My Airtel Fiber wifi connection ([protected]) exist in Rai industrial area plot no 1265 at sonipat
My internet is not working since last 7 days due to which we are not able to work in my office and cctv camera also not working.
I have complained many time to Airtel sice last 6 days but no action has been taken by airtel they are calling & calling only even no single person visited to my location for checking my wifi connection.
It is requested to please take any action against airtel & get my problem resolve so that stopped activity can be start.
