Airtel — Without any notice direct stop outgoing calls | |||
I used my Airtel Prepaid Number from last more than 3 years. Yesterday, they stopped my outgoing calls diretcly without any notifications. When i asked to customer care that time they told me because of Tele-verification process outgoing calls restricted. After so many years how come its possible this reason and also this thing happened then its their duty to call me directly for tele-verification at any time. Directly stop all facilities it's not the right way. Please help out with the action against it. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
