Updated by Triveni dental infact it is a complaint that, out going telephone mobile call to jio number in india not connected. last six months i am trying my level best by making so many complaints to the airtel company but they are not taking any interest for disposal and willfully closed the complaint. Even after Closure of Said Complaint daily there is a phone from the company and asking us about the disposal of said complaint. It is the duty of the company to intimate disposal to the complainant and thereafter the complaint shall be closed. If no concrete action is taken then i have no option but to go in consumer forum.
