Ir, i am airtel customer with a twenty year old number that is [protected]. This sim was deactivated by your company. Why is this done ? I recharge number weekely ... I have full order recharge bill... This is full using number..
Please tell your why this action has taken... I will go to consumer court because of this unnecessary action..., i visited the airtel store ... After check, they say that your number was deleted by our company... System will not show your number... They said that you will apply for the pospaid for this same number that is [protected]... But madam i submitted the document today but they said our compamy deleted your number due to document issue... But mam your company doea not confirm me that your number will deactivated ... Only message will send .. somwetime message will not see by user then it is the responsibility of company to know about this information to user or customer... This is 20 year old number ... Suddenly they will deactivated by your reputed company...
This is not good way to take a step of gold customer prepaid user by your reputed company...
