[Resolved]  Airtel — Working sim deactivated & the new one not made available

I had submitted my documents on 22.12.2015 with the unique porting ID AM254847 to port my Airtel number [protected] from Mumbai to Karnataka circle. My request was validated and I received a confirmation that my number would be ported on 31.12.2015.However, my previous sim was deactivated and the new one has since been dead. I have been in constant touch with Mr. Deepak ([protected]) who has just been stalling me with excuses. My number has been deactivated without prior notice due to which my business affiliates are facing inconvenience and it is affecting me financially apart from the mental harassment that I've been facing due to the numerous trips I've had to made to the shop and also calling Mr. Deepak multiple times. I'm also going to register the same with the consumer court. I hope the issue can be escalated to the concerned authorities and appropriate action be taken. Also refunds be made in lieu of the damages.
