Airtel — worst airtel port service | |
I've ported my number [protected] from airtel maharashtra circle to airtel mumbai circle on 31st august 2019. But my old sim stopped working in 4th september and when i inserted my new sim card then i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both (Even the old one) sim cards are not working. My retailer then gave me a new sim card saying may be there is issue with the sim. He also said it will get activated in 2 hours. But thanks to your "great" service. It is still not working. Then i contacted on a customer care number. I spoke to the "expert" guy. He said it will take 7 days to port my number and in this period both the cards (Old one also) won't work. C'mon guys! 24hours is fine but 7 days??? Are you kidding me? I also dropped a mail to airtel. Firstly they said this number is not registered user. Then they said this number is not registered under this email id and they are providing me a registration link. How would i register my number when i can't get otp on it??? What are you guys doing? Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. This is my primary number and i'm frustrated because my both sims are not working now. Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loose that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim. If you are not able to port my number then at least start my old sim. Hoping my issue will be resolved asap. My number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |
