I was applied for a new connection of Airtel broadband, , after submitting my all documents and paid 1000RS for installation, they said will take 2 to 3 days to get a connection. i was waiting and expecting a call but there is no response. i called up customere care and get to know everytime they said you will get connection by tomorrow before 3 clock, they gave 4 to 5 false commitment, after 15 days they said unable to give me the connection not feasibility in your area.Even i have disconnect my internet connection BSNL which i was using, A lot expecting from AIRTEL, but sorry to say its not ridicoulous.They are the cheating the customer, Have to think of the customer, i will not suggest anyone for AIRTEL broadband connection. without feasibility how you collected cash from customer.
