[Resolved] Airtel — Worst customer service in ITPL bangalore airtel shop | |||
I have submitted my documents for converting my postpaid to prepaid which was taken in my brothers name since i was new to Bangalore I have submitted the documents and they said me it will take 48 hrs to get it done. But still after that my postpaid was not activated. I went back to them another guy was approaching me then he told me it will take a week to do it. Then again after 7 days it was not activated and i went back to them they said me that their portal was not working fine and asked me to come the next day. The next day when i went the one guy asked me to come tomorrow since they have more work. I told him that it was more than 2 weeks and then he told me that he will check . I waited for nearly 3 to 4 hours and i got disappointed and moved out. Then again i followed up with them for nearly 4 to 5 days. At last they told me that they have missed the documents and need the same document again I was completely tensed. They could have told me this at the earliest. This happened for me in ITPL Bangalore airtel office. This is the worst service i have never seen in any network Was this information helpful? | |||
