I had bad experience when the customer support executive says that the 4G policy has changed and you can not change the bill plan. I have been contacting the customer support for changing my plan on 18th Nov 2015 (Order No:[protected] they said it would change in 4Hours, but it took more than 12Hours. I never get update if my plan is changed successfully, I need to ping them for each time for the progress, in the newly changed plan I didn't get the whole data benefit(I have opted for 10GB plan and received only 580MB).
I interacted them twice on 19th Nov 2015 (Interaction numbers: [protected], [protected])and got very unsatisfactory answers. They were very rude and talk like they don't care.
I have also asked to transfer my call to senior executive who just disconnected the call(interaction number:[protected]). I was expecting to change of data plan need to done or at least provide correct and true information. Was this information helpful? |
