[Resolved] Airtel — worst internet service provider | |||
I opted for airtel broadband 3 months back it was going good for couple of weeks then the problem started internet gets dropped i raised a complaint which was resolved in 2-3 days then it was working fine with few disconnection issues again after a month i had same problem for which they told me that it's cable and dp box fault which was resolved after 6 days for which they gave some waive. After couple of weeks again i got same issue and i raised a complaint last friday and next day a technician visited my place and told me that it's cable fault and it'll be resolved in 2 hours after that no one contacted me, after 3 days i contacted them and told them that i'll cancel my connection if it's not going to be resolved next day but it wasn't then by friday i called them again and my call was transferred to cancelation team where a lady confirmed me that she'll call me back in 30 mins and she did the same and told me that they'll be resolving it by 4 pm but i never got a call till 8pm. Again i reached airtel and opted for disconnection after 20 minutes of conversation. Today i got a call from resolution team and she told me that she is responsible and it'll be resolved by today and asked me to retain, she also informed me that i need not pay for 15 days as a waiver but till now i dint receive any call from technician.. I was really pissed off and i requested for disconnection again for which i dint get any proper answers and she told me it'll be disconnected in next 7days. It's my worst experience with airtel i had been using bsnl for past 7-8 years i have never been in a situation like this. These people never worry about customer satisfaction and never keep their promises. I'll never ever recommend airtel to anyone anyone it has costed my so much time and money in last one week.
