Airtel — worst network and poor customer support | |||
I am from chennai using 4g handset, but the network is very bad not even up to the speed of 3g. This case will become even poor when you get out of city. A day back o found the sim found to be malfunction its a mistake from the airtel side and they suggested to replace with new sim. After a i found that i am not receiving any message to my number. When i asked about this to customer support people they said that it will take 48 hours to enable it.. Since all accounting and process are phone verification base who will bear the loss i am facing. Will airtel bear it? Please be sensible to customer. Make your network and support better not the ads... If you are the best you doesn't need any ads to get customer... Stop working on ads rather to work on betterment on service Was this information helpful? | |||
