[Resolved] Airtel — Worst network service, no customer support on their outlets and online

I got my no[protected] ported on ur service 6 months back, due to call failing regularly i could not use the no. (Even sim card was changed, complaint done)& i kept paying the bill. Last thursday i requested for prepaid conversion. It was promised to get done within 24 hrs. But even today sim is not working. I was told that your services are kept closed on saturday and sunday.
Plz do the needfull.
