On 28-oct-16 i make complaint on my broadband connection 40mbps speed not connect in stable.my reference number is 74824834.i told to call back by back end team but past four days your team never called me till now
today[protected] i called to your customer care at 1.41 pm first customer care not connecting to senior manager and they cut my call.And second customer care talking harsh to me and not even connect my call i wait more than 30 min. so i need to file a case on both customer care
Already i file case on your customer care on 28-oct-16 reference number is 74824918.you people waste not response to customer care.
your people not even whatcustomer telling my modem 40mbps is connecting only.
but when i on wifi 40mbps it not connecting it only coming 16-25mbps your customer care noted that network is not working these is how your people noted in notes
And this issue will sure go to media and reflect your air-tel ... i already file a case on your team i have all the proof like mail and recording and reference number
Every month i am complaint only for this time i am going make this issues to media...
very worst services...your people not arrange call back also then why are telling best services in telecom operator...
And this issues not clear
Be the part i have referred my two relatives for new connection so i have inform to my relatives also i disconnect the new connection you people never give best solution to me and not ref-feral benefits also to me and offer
finally i lost everything because of your air-tel i dont need your connection very worst service u cheating customer care.
These i last mail from me we face your legal adviser in air-tel and we see in consumer court
