Airtel — wrong account prepaid mobile recharge not refundable by airtel | |||||
I had recharged an incorrect pre-paid mobile number with rs. 448, and the next moment when i realized i tried contacting 198/121 which of no use, hence sent email to 121 as well as airtel presence with the correct number and transaction reference, but just got email as below: Dear customer, Thank you for writing to us. We’d love to help you with your query. We’d need some more information. Dial 121 now to speak to your airtel experience advisor. We look forward to connecting with you. Team airtel When contacted airtel customer services, they were like call the person to whom the money was recharged and ask them to reverse it. Doesnt seem like proper option by such a company. I spoke to 2 executives on this and both indicated that they cant help. So my rs.448 is gone now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
