Airtel — wrong bill amount on airtel postpaid | |||||
I am of a very very old customer of airtel post paid. This month i have received a very highly inflated bill amount on my account. On investigation i have found that around 2750 sms charges have been added to my account. These sms have never appeared on my mobile and are not from my side. It seems to be some wrong information of about 125 sms on the same set two mobile nos every day. I have no knowledge of them and are not responsible for there appearing on my account. Seems to be some system deffect. Please make arrangement for correcting the same. I am a senior citizen & can not afford to pay the inflated amount. Logically also i should not pay..
