Airtel.com, [protected]@airtel.com, me Hi imran khan and parmodh kumar, This is in reference to the mobile no.+[protected], abhinav uppal. Request of deactivation for international roaming was done on 19th of september and safe custody on 29th september (All through customer care). We have cleared the bill amount and paid rs. 200 for safe custody of 4 months and same has been confirmed by airtel executive. I was suprised to see the bill of rs 1600, so i had a discussion with airtel supervisor neha and she advised me to send a mail regarding the same. Rs. 35/- has been deducted from my prepaid no. [protected] balance on 18 Oct 2018 at 02:26 vide Txn ID S[protected] on acount of MVN Games without my request by the Airtel Telecom service provider. Please refund my Rs. 35/-
