Airtel — Wrong Bill, No assistance, Poor follow up .

I Got a very horrible experience from airtel. I took Fiber Plan of xxx Amount but the Bill I Got from them was more than my plan. I never cross checked the bill before. I trusted trusted airtel blindly but they are not Trustworthy. This time only i checked the Bill because I took so called plan of 1099+ GST in which they mention 200Mbps worth Rs.749/- and DTH connection worth 350/- is included in this and GST is applicable after this. But the bill I got is something different. So I called helpline for the help i didn't get any clear answer and i was promised that I'll get a call back in 4 Hours and I didn't get any call back. again after 7 hours i did a call back, and again explained whole thing to the executive and at that call i was promised that i will get my query resolved and he Mr. Abish (Name of the executive) give me that date and time also that till this time my query will get resolved. But i didn't get any update also regarding this, i called again that time i was speaking to 1 girl executive she named herself purva chauhan which i think she lied because i told that I'm going to put a complain against her so tell me you name. She also misguided me regarding my bill and also when she was unable to get my point and unable to understand the query she told me that she'll arrange cb in 4 HRS. I asked her to either provide everything in written or at least i need a msg that i'll get a call back in few HRS.

The Best Part is that she told me that airtel does not provide anything in written. And their I totally lost my trust. I was very loyal cx of airtel still they cheated.

I have all the call recordings as proof with me and I'll raise a complain as well in consumer court soon If i'll not get any update on my problem attaching some Screen shots of my bill to make it understand very clear. #worstexperience #airtel
