Airtel — wrong billing- bills amount enormously raised | |||
Since january 2017 onwards by broadband billling increased largely. We do not know to talak with a humanbeing other than computer ivr. For the fear of disconnection, service interuption we have paid the amount. During this time i was sick and not able to move. When traveling posssibile i went to the kochi airtel office and registered a complaint no[protected]. Broadband line [protected] was subscribed from june 2011. Since january 2017 my broadband bill was increased enormously. For my dismay i do not know the reason, but i would like to know.. I have paid the amount because of the fear of disconnection and i was sick and not able to stepin your customer centre.. On june 16 line disconnected and july 16th i have paid final bill rs 6600 saying that to get waiver of previous bill have to pay dues rs 6600. The amount charged since 2017 is 21 april rs 6000 23 april rs11500 19 july rs 6600 Dues 3886 Total rs 27986 for six months so per month 4664. Before january the bill was only 3200/month there was an increase of average over 1450. I would like know why this increase because i am quite sure that the usage is not increased and you did not mention any tarif change also.
