Airtel — wrong billing by airtel | |||
I took the connection on 22nd july 2017 and after several complains the connection got active on 6th aug 2017. The plan taken is 899/month with unlimited calling. Today i received the bill for both the connections for rs 2070 for each bill. I need airtel to clarify why this bill is for rs 2070 each where as it should be rs[protected] for each. Treat this as urgent orals i have no there option than to escalate the issue as the services received by airtel are obnoxious and way out of line!
