Airtel — Wrong Billing & Network Issue [protected] 4g LTE | |||
Have plan of 650 unlimited which mean 3gb data at 4g speed and then the net would work but the speed would reduce. 1st month recd proper bill. 2nd month have been charged 900+, some unneccessary charge of RS. 200 have been applied without my concern. I have raised the complaint for billing about a month ago with airtel on email, calls, etc but no response. There has been no internet service for about more than 25 days and have raised the complaint with but still they have again added new bill of 800+, how can they do this, when there is no service how the bill be generated.
