[Resolved]  Airtel — Wrong billing on my Airtel post paid mobile connection

I have been on international roaming and using my airtel number [protected]. I opted for IR plan of 999 on 31.07.2015. Customer care executive confirmed over phone with INR 999 pack I will avail :Incoming call: 15 Rs/Min; Outgoing call: 30 Rs/min; Incoming SMS: free; Outgoing SMS: 15 Rs ; Special feature: Either 100MB Data or 100 mins incoming free call. So out of last option I choose 100MB data. The bill I got was with standard rate Incoming call: 90 Rs/Min; Outgoing call: 180& 200Rs/min. I am in regular follow up with airtel but they are insisting that this amount is correct and I need to pay and I got only 100MB data for that 999 Rs (the call rates remains standard). In my last bill too they made similar mistake, but reverted the charges after going through the call record (with me on 31.07.2015). This time they are adamant and not providing the call recorded (conversation with me dated 31.07.2015) kind of hiding the miss selling on airtel part. My calls are barred on this number.
