Airtel — wrong billing ,without reading reply email

Airtel asked disconnected time money when i ask first after many complaints accept there fault and just only deducted download app money which i did not used then asked sorry by email
Then again asking all together money
Really they can go and beg door to door rather than doing this here attached the e-mail which they send

C how mad airtel trying to contact with the number which they disconnected did any one c mad people like airtel in the world not only that but also i told my another number lost write email but they try to call that too
Finally they send another email please all read this and tell how airtel doing

Still not solve the problems, we require Airtel must pay 50 lakhs as competition to me do the need full
