Airtel — wrong broadband data usage | |
Till march airtel was showing my data consumption at 100 odd gb everymonth. Which is impossible. An average movie is 700 mb which means i need to watch 200 movies online or download equivalent data to consume 112 gb worth of data. Suddenly this month airtel claims that 200 gb has been consumed. Joke is... This month we were out of town for a week and for 2 days airtel broadband was not working. We complained twice. After that password was changed twice of the modem. I complained to appellate authority and some ms priya called from there. She kept on insisting that airtel system is 100% right.. Maybe your family shared password. I told her i know that is not the case... Then she says maybe you watched lot of online content. Our system is 100% fool proof. Then i get calls and mails to upgrade and buy expensive plans. I recharge through airtel.in amount 50 rs but i used creadit card amount deduted but balance is credit my number i called u u r saying please clarify to bank i call to the bank their saying in amount is transfer to airtel i have statement also number [protected]
