Airtel — wrong charges applied for isd rates | |||
I checked with the airtel customer care on isd charges for calling australia and was informed to be as rs.10/min flat. But when the bill came i was charged at rs.200/min. I raised a complaint with appellate team and they went through my call with their customer care executive and confirmed an error from their end in providing me the correct rates. The extra amount charged was adjusted on 17th nov 2017 and was told to pay remaining amount of 2555.41 against which i made a payment of 2560 the same day. Now the adjusted amount is showing back on my account and i'm struggling again with the airtel team. This is causing a lot of harassment and mental agony.
