This is regarding Wrong Commitment by Airtel Customer Service Executive & Corp. Sales Executive regarding my add-on Post paid connection#[protected]. While taking this connection I was being committed following by your Corp. Sales Executive (Updesh Kumar, Mob. No.[protected]) which I later confirmed with Customer Service Executive by dialing 121.
- If i call a CUG Mobile Connection(i.e. [protected]) which is in Roaming from my CUG Mobile connection(i.e. [protected]), the incoming on the CUG Mobile Connection(i.e. [protected]) which is in Roaming will be absolutely Free While outgoing will be charged on the CUG Mobile Connection(i.e. [protected]) which is in Roaming and vice-versa.
- If the Both CUG Mobile Connection are in roaming only outgoing calls will be charged from both of the connection whereas incoming will be free on one of them i.e. If [protected] calls [protected] while in roaming incoming will be free on [protected] whereas outgoing will charged on [protected] @ standard corp. Roaming rate and vice-versa.
This can be checked with your Corp. Sales Executive (Updesh Kumar, Mob. No.[protected]) as well as recording of conversation between 121 executive on one of these date & time which are 21/JAN/2015 15:44:25, 21/JAN/2015 16:08:15 & 24/JAN/2015 20:55:19.
Based on these commitment I was being charged Rs.127.5 for 06-Feb-2015 bill and will be charged for
05-Feb-2015 to 23-Feb-2015 period for 06-Mar-2015 bill until i called 121 executive for Bill Clarification today sometime back. When i called today the 121 executive confirmed me that the commitment made were wrong and in order to get free incoming while roaming on [protected] you need to add Rs.75 pack which I have added.
Hence based on the matter, I must need waiver for Rs.127.5 charged for 06-Feb-2015 bill as well as amount
will charged with 06-Mar-2015 bill of incoming from [protected] for 05-Feb-2015 to 23-Feb-2015 period. Please call me if anything.
