[Resolved]  Airtel — Wrong commitment while providing Airtel Broadband connection

I would like to bring this to your notice that i was provided Airtel 8 Mbps connection with wrong commitment. I was told that i would get 1000 local minutes free with Airtel 8 Mbps plan costing 1299/ month. After getting my first bill i found that i was billed for all the local calls i made. I raised this with Airtel customer care. I got 2 calls from Airtel escalation team but no solution was offered. The complaint number is 53293996.I am really frustrated with the fact that nobody is willing to help. Airtel is such a big brand and i don't except such a poor customer service from you guys. I proposed two solutions to Airtel escalation engineer: 1: Add 1000 minutes to my existing plan 2: Give me 25GB plan at Rs 1299/- He was not willing to take either of the solutions. Rather he was OK if request for termination. It was really surprising that you couldn't event attempt to retain your customer. I thought of bringing this to your notice to see if at all i can get any help.
