Airtel — wrong debit for a pack

My airtel prepaid mobile number is [protected] and i opted for a pack paying rs 448 on 11th june 2019 valid till 30th aug 2019. Meanwhile today they-airtel-had debited my mobile account with rs 23 for a pack which did not request and also when there is a running pack in force. I sent messages to them to recredit the amount wrongly debited but no positive reply from them so far.
