I am Harish rawat, residing in New Delhi and specially I am a student, my delhi prepaid airtel mobile no is [protected]. The complaint is regarding balance deduction of Rs 480 for using 3G internet. As per the details of my balance, it was 481 Rs on 15th jan 2014 till 1400hrs (appro) and after using 3G internet for half an hour, my balance was reduced to Re 1, though my internet 3G balance is still showing 16Mb till date 16th jan 1800 hrs. That means Airtel service provider deducted the sum of Rs 480 first from my main balance as 3G internet usage and then left 16Mb condition, and the main shock is even customer care I had a talk to on the very first time accepted that the money deduction was wrong and will be refunded back by evening, but now later customer care excutives are not accepting the wrong balance deduction and are not providing the help for this matter to their so called Platinum Customers (airtel voice statement).
