Airtel — Wrong deduction from main balance and misleading customer offers | |||
I have been charged 25Rs. from main balance for downloading a video on Whatsapp having Whatsapp pack activated with restricted mobile data and non-usage of other applications. Customer care executive so rude that the money was taken for other application usage. Also, Airtel cheated on full talktime of Rs.110. On 121 it was told that 110 full talktime is available, whereas after recharge I got only Rs.93 credited to my main balance. AIRTEL IS SO HORRIBLE. Aswin Kumar Was this information helpful? | |||
