[Resolved] Airtel — Wrong Deduction From Main Balance | |||
Sir, I had recharged a data plan on my mobile number [protected] for a week and the balance was available till its expiry. But my main balance of amount Rs. 50 approx got deducted, when asked to customer care they said its for the data charges since the balance got expired. This is not justified since my balance on the data plan was still leftover of around 9MB till its expiry. I request that my amount deducted be reimbursed.
