[Resolved] Airtel — wrong deduction from my account

i recharged of money of Rs 110. i had outstanding loan balance was 33. In night same day, my balance got 0 rupee. when I called to customer care, they told you used Internet but i did not used internet. In my mobile data pack was also off and i was out of bangalore, so my number was in roaming i didnt call any one because of my mobile got switched off.still they deduct my balance from 110 to 0 rupee. and it was wrong deduction from my account. worst service provider, I am planning to switch to the other service provider.

i got call from airtel. she asked what happened n i described. and they returned rs 50. atleast something is better than nothing. thanks airtel
