Airtel — Wrong details about recharge | |||
I checked *121# on my airtel prepaid (no. [protected]) for internet packs and found a data pack of 98 rupees with benifits of 490 mb(immage attached). So i went to the retailer and recharged my number with 98 rupees (Recharge done on[protected] at 11:17AM, MRP: Rs 98.00, STax: Rs0.00, TransID [protected]) but what i got was 200 airtel to airtel minutes. Then i called airtel customer care to check if it was any technical fault which they will resolve but they said that 490 mb for rupees 98 can only be availed when activated from main balance but it wasent mentioned anywhere on *121#. (Immage attached) Then i asked them to change the pack to 480mb 2g as its of same cost or either give me talktime for 98 rupees as 200 airtel to airtel minutes is a waste for me but they denied. The customer executive was named Miss. Bisma Farooq (supervisor) who also denied to give complaint number of my call. So i want to complaint against the company for misleading information they have put on *121# and also want to complaint against Miss. Bisma Farooq (supervisor) for not behaving properly.
