Airtel — Wrong DTH balance and Validity

I had been using Airtel Wi-Fi and DTH as an Airtel Black Connection since Dec'21. On 26/April/2023, after making the payment of outstanding bill of 1924 INR on a pro rata basis, I have raised a request for deactivation of Wi-Fi and converted the DTH to prepaid. I have recharged the DTH service for 230 INR on 27/April/2023. But the validity expired on 02/May/2023 and shows a balance of 3.60 INR. When reached the customer support for tis concern, no proper explanation is being given and When reached prepaid DTH support they are asking me to reach the Airtel Black support and vice versa. I highly disappointed with their quality of service.
