Airtel — Wrong high Consuption of MB and ignorance of customer care | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, Myself Dheeraj Sethi(Ms.) Customer of airtel for past 3.5 years. Always use 3G data. I have bought new number [protected] almost 3 months before and on this also always used only 3G. Problem started when my all the MB got over on 27th may night. I did not realize the problem and made online recharge or 255 got 1024 MB on 28th is used Internet for just around 1 hour and next use was made at 2 am on 29th may. i found within 20 minutes my all the MB got over Immediately called customer care. registered complain. I was told that complain will be sorted out by 30thmay, 6pm.As i had to use internet again mad another recharge on 29th morning that also got over on 30th Evening where whole 1GB i finished with in use of max 1 hrs(had breaks in between).Now when problem was not rectified till 30th evening i called customer care. And executive transferred my call to Supervisor Mr.Balasubramaniam.I told him that i have already registered the complain. He was not ready to accept my problem. As per him MB are deducted as per my use. I was keep trying to make him understand but he was not ready to listen to me. Kindly have a check on my data consumption and deduction. from 27th may Now i need to use Internet but again same high consumption. I am in a big problem. Please do the needful on the same.
