[Resolved] Airtel — Wrong ID proof | |||
While Taking SIM from local Airtel SIM provider, He attached wrong ID proof instead of my ID proof. After more than one year, my SIM is not working without any reason and when I complained to Aritel Customer Care about this problem but they told me that your SIM was registered with another ID proof so I cant do any thing. I already used this SIM many places. Now my question is how can I used my SIM in future and how can I changed this wrong ID proof with my ID proof. In this SIM has some amount for voice call as well as net data. My complained Mobile No. is [protected](Airtel) and alternate no is [protected]. Please resolved my problem otherwise I can't use my Airtel SIM ([protected]) in future. This was not my fault . I given him valid ID proof. Was this information helpful? | |||
