Airtel — wrong information and Cheating

Hi,
I'm want to tell you that Airtel customer service representative have cheated me and they are not solving my problem. First they gave me wrong information regarding recharge of Rs 297 and then after that day they are giving false promises that they have never completed.
I have two airtel number on my name first one is [protected] and second one is [protected]; my second number is in roaming.
I contacted their customer service representative from my mobile number [protected] on 4th of Sept at 5 :10 am regarding recharge of Rs 297. I had query that whether this recharge of 297 works in roaming or not at that time I have told that Its works but first I have to recharge my number with Rs 11 most importantly customer service representative confirmed it thrice . As customer service representative has told me I did recharge of Rs 297 on same day but when I tried to recharge with Rs 11, I was not able to do that and my transaction was getting failed again and again when I called customer service representative in the afternoon at that time they told me that no it do not work in roaming. When I said but one of customer service representative told me in the morning that it works with recharge of Rs 11 so I got reply that they will call me after 4 hour because first they want to listen that conversation I said okay no problem you can. And after that afternoon every day I'm calling them but every time I'm getting same response sorry sir sorry for inconvenience and I'll call you after few hours but no body ever called me back. One of customer service representative gave me mobile number of area manager (Prema Pai ) I tried contacting him/her but could not reached.
Since I had received wrong information from customer service representative and It was not my fault so I had demand that either make that plan work in roaming for this month or return my money to my bank by canceling my transaction or transfer that benefits to my first number which is in Mumbai or Return that 297 in to my main balance but in my first number which is [protected].
I just had asked them and it was my demand because they had made mistake and it was my right to ask whatever convenience was for me but they could have called me back and could have given their own suggestion but no body ever called me back always I had to call them and explain everyday that this happen with me because your customer service representative gave me wrong information and same story will continue every day that is sorry sir sorry for inconvenience and I'll call you after 4 or 6 or 8 or 24 hour.
Now I'm deeply hurt and feels tortured.
First they made mistake instead of correcting that mistake they are giving false promises that never gonna work.
Even I went to airtel gallery but they also refuse to listen to me by saying that this problem will be handle by customer service representative only because they only have audio tape or recording of that conversation.
