[Resolved] Airtel — wrong information in airtel app & airtel customer care executive | |
After recharging (15.11.2017) with airtel prepaid 399/- with e-recharge, airtel app shown the validity 84 days but 20.01.2018 (67 days) at noon call facility is over, how is it possible??? On this day (20.01.18) when i contact the customer service executive, they (Senior & junior) are given me different type of answers. Please look into this matter. Thanking you.
