Airtel — Wrong information on 4g recharge plan by customer care, resulted in loss for me

It starts with a phone call to the customer care executive of air-tel around 6 pm on 2.12.2015. I then asked about a exclusive 4g plan for 1gb, excecutive then replied that by recharging 251 i would get 1gb 4g data. after this I have told there is already a plan of 265 where i would get 3g/4g 2gb data. I then said i want only 4g plan. finally he said that i have to recharge 251 for 1gb 4g data. Immediately I have recharged 251 around 8.30 pm but unfortunately I have got 1gb 3g data instead of 4g data. after that i have again called customer care & then my call got transferred to senior executive he didn't give me a satisfactory answer. along with this he assured that i have already got double data. practically I haven't got that. after that conversation many times i called but no response came through. who will take the responsibility of this loss of mine, where i have not get proper 4g data and also get half data compare to conventional plan .
