Airtel — wrong information to customer | |||||
I have a postpaid connection of airtel past 5 years. Last month i visited to thailand and activate some 1100/- international roaming pack. Through out when i was at thailand i use internet. But when i come back there was a bill of 6500/- for internet only. But at the time of activation customer care team was not informed us that 3 gb is available at 1100/- pack. I am a hotelier and i have employee of 180 members. All of my employee has airtel if my problem was not solved then its guarantee i will take serious action against airtel and port all of my employee sim to other network Was this information helpful? | |||||
