Airtel — Wrong link sent for payment

I have airtel broadband as well as mobile connection. All payments are done by entering mobile number.
This month they sent me a link for broadband payment but internally in their system the link was pointing to mobile connection.
As a result the payment which I made towards broadband went into my mobile account.
A nasty goo[censored]p by Airtel.
All Airtel users having multiple accounts be careful while making payments. Their systems has nasty errors.
