Airtel — wrong name and date of birth updated | |||
Wrong name and date of birth have updated in my account details for my Airtel number. Due to this, I am unable to port to any other service provider. Clearly this is a mistake and irresponsibility from Airtel's side. They have done this purposefully so that the customer won't be able to port out to a different service provider. And when I checked with customer care and Airtel store they told to me that it is my mistake and they can't help in this (Suggesting me to take Airtel postpaid connection, pathetic).
