Airtel — Wrong number recharged and amount not reimbursed

I recharged a wrong number( single digit different) by mistake.. immediately I went to the Airtel site to reserve the damage and it was mentioned there to send sms to 51619 WRR (wrong no transaction i.d) amt ( right no) ...every time it says wrong keywords. I did it 15 to 17 times with all different ways space without space brackets all ways wrong.. costumer care take us for a fool.. I have done the recharge online .. they said it's done by a retailer .. they keep bouncing you from one call to another..buying time. Putting on hold.. . and after some time they will say the time limit is up.. u should have called earlier .. what 24*7 service are you giving if you can't even tell us a simple way to solve a problem .. if 51619 sms is not working tell me a way to proceed. I want my recharge done.
